1.1 These terms and conditions are applicable to all our products, offers, and orders, and supersede any other terms and conditions.
1.2 By accepting an offer or placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
1.3 Any deviations from these terms and conditions must be agreed upon in writing. In case of any deviation, the remaining points of these terms and conditions shall continue to be applicable.
1.4 Dutch law applies to our website and terms and conditions.
2.1 All our offers are non-binding, and we reserve the right to modify offers, products, and rates.
2.2 We strive to provide information, images, and notifications about offers and products as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy or error-free nature of all offers and products.
2.3 An order is considered finalized at the moment the payment for the order is received. Subsequently, you will receive an order confirmation email from us.
3.1 We will deliver your order confirmation digitally to the email address you provide or by mail to the address you provide.
3.2 When placing an order for a digital passport photo, we will send you the photo via email. The photo sheet and photo file will be included in the order confirmation email.
3.3 When ordering a printed passport photo, we will send you the photo by mail. The order will be dispatched within 24 hours from our offices in Netherlands.
3.4 If we have not dispatched your order within 24 hours, you have the option to cancel the order. However, you cannot cancel the order solely due to a perceived delay in delivery time, as we rely on our delivery partners and have no control over their operations.
4.1 By uploading a photo, you grant permission for the use of smart enhancement. This process may partially reconstruct the image to meet the technical and visual requirements of a passport photo.
4.2 The facial features and identity of the person in the photo remain fully recognizable. Elements such as lighting, posture, hairstyle, or background may be adjusted or recalculated to improve the technical quality of the photo.
4.3 The purpose of this enhancement is to deliver a technically correct photo with the highest likelihood of approval by official authorities. If a photo is unexpectedly rejected, we will provide a replacement photo free of charge that meets the requirements or issue a full refund (acceptance guarantee).
4.4 The photos are used exclusively for the creation and delivery of your order and are not shared with third parties outside our data processors.
5.1 All rates listed on our website are in $ and inclusive of VAT.
5.2 Failure to fully complete a payment may result in the cancellation of your order.
6.1 It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect your order upon receipt and provide us with any feedback within ten (10) days, including the order number, your name, and your email address.
6.2 In the event that you have not received your order or if the photos are damaged during shipping, we will promptly resend your order.
7.1 Rostrio B.V. shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from access to or use of our website. We do not guarantee that the website will operate without interruption or errors.
7.2 We make every effort to ensure the content of our website is accurate and up to date.
7.3 We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information, services, or products offered on our website. Rostrio B.V. cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies or omissions.
7.1 In the event of force majeure, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend your order without judicial intervention. You will be notified by email. In such cases, no compensation or damages can be claimed.
8.2 Force majeure refers to any error or shortfall that is beyond our control or not attributable to us under the law.

When you cancel a payment or encounter an error, you will receive a notification email. If you make another attempt and successfully place the order, the payment will be deducted from that transaction.
